Terms and Conditions - Welcome to ToyWatch EU
Orders
All orders are automatically confirmed via e-mail. ToyWatch EU withholds the right to cancel any order.
Shipping
Items are dispatched within 2 working days after clearance of payment and will be shipped to your shipping address.
In case you are paying with PayPal, items will be shipped to your PayPal address. You will receive an order update notification when your item has been shipped.
Might your shipping destination not show UPS rates, please inquire to obtain the current rate from us.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard and iDeal. Payments are done only using the secured and encrypted web pages of our payment provider partners. ToyWatch EU will not ask for credit card details. Credit card payments will be described on your statement as "ToyWatchEU".
Customer Service, returns and refunds
Should should you for any reason be dissatisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund your item within 14 days of receipt. Items on sale or custom made items are excluded. Please make sure you always contact us prior to shipping any items back to receive an RMA number. We will contact you on receipt of your returned items, and either ship your exchanged items or will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt. Items will only be exchanged if they are received in the same state they were shipped. Return shipping fees are for the buyer.
Privacy
ToyWatch EU respects your privacy. We will use your supplied information to fulfill your orders only. We will send out a periodic newsletter to you only in case you have subscribed.
